Error updating Prestashop 1-click update

I am trying to update Prestashop from version 1.7.8.2 to 1.7.8.5 and it gives me the following error:

I am trying to update Prestashop from version 1.7.8.2 to version 1.7.8.5 and it gives me the following error.

[Ajax / Server Error for action backupFiles] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:" " jqXHR: " undefined"

As I can see, this error is common and has happened to many people. Manual update also gives me the same error. I have created a subdomain and I have installed version 1.7.8.2 and it installs correctly, I have downloaded the 1 click upgrade module and I try to update to version 1.7.8.5 and the same error continues.

I have already spoken with the hosting company and the parameters are fine, we have already increased the maximum execution time and they tell me that all the parameters are fine but is impossible to update. Could someone help me in this case.

I also ran into this error in the past and believe me I gave the final a lot of thought, the only thing I could do was migrate everything from one version to another
