I can not acess dashboard

I can not acess BO, attached is screenshot replicating issue, and licence message when trying to restore password, already cleared browser cache, contacted hostprovider, deleted modules, checked employe on db, debug mode not showing any error pages, php is inherited,

get the follow error on php.ini, max_file_uploads = 512M Upload_max_filesize = 128M memory_limit = 3000M post_max_size = 128M max_input_time=300 output_buffering = 1

max_execution_time =900 display_errors=1

does anyone know how to solve? Thanks

At some point follow error showed up, Notice: tempnam(): file created in the system's temporary directory in /home/blowuptk/public_html/siteurl/classes/PrestaShopAutoload.php on line 158
