Knowband Plugins Posted May 4, 2022 Share Posted May 4, 2022 If you are using a third party checkout then please check if the default prestashop checkout is working fine at your store or not by disabling third party checkout. If you are using default checkout page then please let us know if you have made any changes in prestashop core files or installed any third party module after which issue is occurring.
