Enable TAX/VAT Free shopping

Is it possible for customers to shop without TAX in PrestaShop, when they have legit VAT numbers in VIES (we are talking about EU here)?

My setup is this:

1. Regular customers (in the "Customers" group) see the prices as "TAX included".

2. Customers that are VAT registered are placed in other group, which is configured to show prices as "TAX excluded". They see the product prices without TAX, but in the checkout the total price is shown with TAX, so the customer pays WITH TAX.

What is the right way to have customer pay TAX/VAT Free?

You can use this module, customers with a valid vat number will buy the products free of charge.

Actually I just managed to fix this "issue" with a combination with the module above and this one: (https://github.com/PrestaShop/vatnumber)

This module: (https://addons.prestashop.com/en/accounting-invoicing/29925-auto-validate-vat-number-in-customer-group.html) made some problems with my payment methods, but everything was fixed when I installed this one (https://github.com/PrestaShop/vatnumber) just now.
