Add information from product in the order summary and the invoice

Hello,

The shop that I set up allows the order of products out of stock, with different restocking times.

I would like to be able to display in the order summary (just after the order but also from the customer account, see my orders) as well as in the invoice this data which is attached to the products and not inserted in the order.

I managed to display this data until the cart but not after...

Data is in ps_product_lang.available_now and ps_product_lang.available_later but not available in ps_order_detail table.

I am an integrator and not a Prestashop developer, I don't know how to do it at all. I think you have to do an override but where and how?
