After the upgrade to the last version( i was on 1.7.7.1) it seems i still receive the orders, they are recorded in the backend but not sent by email. The "regular" emails are working, like the out of stock notification, but not me or the clien receive the order confirmation, in the email logs they are absent. ComGrafPL Posted February 1, 2022 Posted February 1, 2022 A lot of peoples getting it after upgrade. Client got this after move to 1.7.8.3. Thing is the SMTP works it seems, it's just the email related to order conf that are not being fired out. Did you had such too? freeman78 Posted February 1, 2022 Posted February 1, 2022 Thanks, it seems it's a bug related to the payplug (and similar gatweway) with mailaerts 2.3.1 They have fixed but still not rolled out the upgrade, hope it will be done ASAP!
