Add new list to Catalog > Monitoring

[PCGM]

I am able to add a new list to the Catalog > Monitoring by messing around with the Prestashop core code. Obviously, something to avoid.

In the Prestashop DevDocs I found How to modify an existing Grid in a module but nothing about how to add a new one.

I would be much appreciated if someone could give me some hints on how I could achieve it.
