Prestashop Webservice simplyfied Entities

Hello,

We currently use SQL requests to extract data from our customer's shop. Now, we would like to use the prestashop API to do the same thing.

We note that the output data from the API is organized in the same way as the database data.

An example :

In the customer entity we have a reference to id_gender, id_group, etc. but not directly the gender or group label.

So my question is : does it exist a tool/library that provide essential data for each entities and not a reference to an other entity ?
