Edit defaut options add new product

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a new problem with prestashop when it comes to add new products, i would like to know how can we edit the selected default options on the create a new product page, such as VAT, redirection, condition of the product (new, used). I can't figure out what is the file to edit, i know how to edit templates files now but not how to change these default options. Any clues ?
