How to reactivate banned account in Prestashop forum?

One of my friend sent a screenshot which shows his account is banned.

How to reactivate it? Or how to close it?

Could be an error also, there are a lot of spam accounts so it could be banned by accident.

It is less likely and probably there is a reason. So can you share your friend username ?

Can be reactivated by Community manager if needed.

I can not see posts because it got deleted after 3 days after getting banned I think.

So not sure exact reason, what you/your friend have posted?  Maybe some advertising but still.

I can not remember seeing that username maybe @endriu107 you come across some post ?

I dayly ban a lot of spammers account, didn't remember all. If it was me, for sure all this user posts had spam content or it was multiaccount. Now it's doesn't matter, for sure moderator who taked action on this account has reason for that and we have to believe it was good decision.

Recently user above pullidea-dev change his nickname from raudsepp. Now his asking about "friend" account called pullidea. Maybe it was just multi account. Multi gets auto ban?

One account for one user is enought, so if someone create few accounts moderators will block them.
