Hi, for upgrade and other larger projects we include price of module in our quote, upon acceptance we purchase the modules for our client.  My question is when we buy modules for a client shop and at download assoc. to the client will I then on year later have to pay business care?   How do I continue to buy client modules without business cart charge one year later?

Over the years we have bought 100's of addon modules and now it's unclear how we can proceed doing so.

And what happens if you transfer the license? Who will pay Business care if it's not deactivated?

If you transfer the license, there won't be an automated renewal as long as you don't have new payment data. Every time the license is transferred payment data is removed.
