Stocks Page Timing Out

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble figuring out why the Stocks page (Back Office > Catalog > Stocks) isn't working on one of the websites I manage.

It refuses to load since upgrading to PS 1.7.8.1 and Chrome Dev Tools shows an xhr timeout as per the attached image.

It's working perfectly well on another site that uses the exact same environment: PS 1.7.8.1, PHP 7.4.26, FPM/Apache.

Nothing showing in server error logs except for the timeouts.
