Snapshot for oil for car selection

Hello,

I am looking for a specialist to develop a snapshot filter on the same principle than the ones used by world oil manufacturers such Motul and Liquimoly:

I use a car database, filled with the corresponding products from the oil manufacturer I sell the products. I need to show the oil selection on my site for the cars present on the database. As of today, the database is done on Excel. 

I need the filter to show the picture and link to my site of the product shown by category, to allow the client to select it and go to the product page directly to order it. The filter shows how many liters are required, but the client should fill the required quantity himself on the product page to order. 

There is no need to send to a page "where to buy" like Liquimoly or Motul because in my case the products are only to be bought in my shop. 

I would like that the filter opens in another internet page, in order for the client to go freely between the filter page where the products are shown, and my site to order the products he needs.

My internet site can be seen in www.raceoil.eu  It is done on Prestashop, using a template. I just need a button to open the filter to be added on the template. The filter will only show through the web the data inside the excel file.
