Products Comments Module won't install

I tried to install this Prestashop module but it failed, it says it is not compatible with my version of Prestashop. I'm using version 1.7.4.3 - the module says it is compatible with versions from V1.5.6.1 to V1.7.8.2. Anyone know why it failed and how I can install it? I contacted Prestashop Addons support but never received an answer.

Did you try from catalog? or zip file from https://github.com/PrestaShop/productcomments

I tried installing from the catalog and the zip file, neither worked.

Newest version of the module is only compatible for Presta > 1.7.6 - there was a 1.6. version and then it took a long time until they released it for 1.7 - might be that there is a gap inbetween
