Change TAX rate on url

I am looking for a module or some way to change the price of the product according to VAT.

That is, show the product with a TAX Rate of 4% and that from the product page the user can change to the rate of 10% and that once that price has been established on the web, it can be added and bought with the selected rate.

The ideal would be to be able to change the value by passing a variable through the url type:

?change_to_normal_tax_rate 
?change_to_super_reduced_tax_rate

Can someone guide me or know of any module?
