Editing check out page

Hi experts, 

I'm a bit of a novice with configuration of pages.

 

I need to know how to edit delivery cost on check out page in just one of my shops. I have multistore 1.7.

 

Basically, in one of the shops I need to reduce delivery cost from $13 to $12 (see attached screenshot from FOH page)

 

I can't find anything on dashboard >general>order settings for editing of this page or in modules.

 

Can someone guide me please?

Go to Shipping->Carriers and edit the corresponding carrier
