Modify footer of the invoice

I need to modify the footer of the invoice,

 

I've checked the file footer.php

 

I need to print the standard footer or an alternative footer based on the date of the invoce...

 

The file footer php says:

{$shop_address|escape:'html':'UTF-8'}

 

But depending on the date of the invoice need to change that,

 

any help?
