sara_hc Posted September 3, 2021 Share Posted September 3, 2021 Good morning, I am using prestashop v1.7.6.8 with php 7.2, almost one year ago I installed the Axerve (Gestpay) module for managing payments and everything was fine. Today my customers cannot see anymore the payment option in the Checkout section, so they cannot go forward with the payment. Some days ago I had to downgrade php version in the server from 7.4 to 7.2 because it was creating some problems in the backoffice, might the bug be related to this?
