google index my shop with 2 location: www.mainhostdomain/shop and www.shopdomain.com ( I would like only www.shopdomain.com )

Hi,

can someone please help. I install prestashop in /shop directory. (my host main domain name is not the same as shop domain name) Then I bought domain for my shop. In my host control panel I redirect my shop domain name to /shop. Then I add new page in google webmaster with www.shopdomain.com Everything works fine, but now google find shop on 2 locations as search results

1.www.shopdoman.som
2.www.mymainhostdomain/shop

How to fix that google wont find my shop on www.mymainhostdomain/shop

Do I need 301 from www.mainhostdomain/shopfolder to www.shopdomain.com ???

Can someone please helt how to redirect from folder to domain ?
