Some questions about PayPal payments

I configured the paypal production environment

Then I paid an order,  PrestaShop back office no order records.

 Also, paypal merchant back office also did not receive payment,.

But the payment account shows a successful payment, the money has been paid.

So, where does the money end up?

The issue seams a little strange because PayPal module always creates orders.

Could you please contact our support team? Please provide all possible details ( some examples with screenshots, your website URL etc).
