Knowband Plugins Posted November 30, 2021 Share Posted November 30, 2021 According to default Prestashop functionality i.e when the cart has multiple products with different shipping methods (i.e no same carrier is mapped with all the product present in cart) then the order will be split into the same number which is equal to number of different carriers applicable on the cart and at the time check out all the carriers will merge into one with shipping cost as the total of all but the name will be of only one shipping method.
