How to add new products from *.csv file, but skip existing, and no change any data?

Hello,

I have translated and imported ~3000 products years ago and now supplier have new products.

How import just new products without touching old ones with translate?

I have and ean, id's, active 0/1, but can't see any options how to skip old ones if ean's or reference no. is similar in my new file.

Or i need buy 3part plugin impossible to do with prestashop?
