Errore durante il checkout Prestashop 1.7

Salve,

se effettuo il login per fare un ordine, aggiunto i prodotti , confermato il carrello, confermato l'indirizzo di spedizione, alla conferma della scelta del corriere mi dovrebbe andare al pagamento, invece alla conferma viene visualizzato un errore e da due gironi non riesco a capire il problema, sono solo riuscito a capire che dovrebbe mancare qualcosa nella tabella del database.

mi si è ripresentato questo problema con l'aggiornamento alla 1.7.8.2 , come precedentemente segnalato ho cancellato la cache ma non è stato risolto il problema

Dal carrello vado al checkout e vedo quanto sopra.
versione 1.7.8.2 con tema aquistato (AngarTheme) PHP 7.1

Cache cancellata più volte sia dal BO che da ftp

La cosa più anomala è che sulla stessa macchina ho mantenuto la versione 1.6.1.11 dello stesso sito (stiamo provando a fare un restyling grafico e di versione) e questa funziona senza problemi.
