ofmario Posted July 1, 2021 Share Posted July 1, 2021 Hey, I can't use this feature. I tried to change orders to finished, shipped or paid etc.. I still cant access any items to return. I saw there is some problem with newer prestashops.. I have 1.7.7.4 version now. btw: Yes, I have enabled merchant returns and enabled it for 14 days time.
