Refillman Posted June 24, 2021 Share Posted June 24, 2021 Hello, i know this should be easy but i cant find a way to do this. when i get a sale i have to go to my website admin page to check whether customers have placed an order, how do i set up e-mail notifications whenever a customer places an order? i have tried to get the module Mail alerts but there is no download button. running 1.7 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have 1.7.6.7 on my client store. Are you sure you don't have it already installed? I have it as default. After new order, client etc we get email notification, that you can set in module options. Crezzur.com Posted June 28, 2021 Share Posted June 28, 2021 I have check his backoffice, and i guess he was looking wrong. For further reference you need to search in Modules > Module Catalog --> search for alert and you will find the module.
