I can't recommend any specific module, but I'd like to give you the advice to check any module carefully and compare it with your needs. As far as my experiences with gift cards last, the modules usually only create a voucher which means that your customer (or the one who gets the gift card) will not be able to use it as one would normally expect because the voucher cannot be used for paying shipping costs. If you offer free shipping it does not matter, but if you do not offer free shipping you might have angry customers when the have a gift card and have to pay for shipping separate with card, paypal or whatever.
