Translation not found / fatal error

Hi, I am trying to fix those errors and translate some theme settings what it needs, but when I translate something, I go on another thing and it's not loading translates to edit. When I refresh website I get this error.

I have no idea what is happening, but this happens everytime.

Have you recently moved your store from one host/domain to another, or made some changes to your server? I've seen similar errors in the past when this has been the case, which can be resolved by deleting or renaming the "dev" and "prod" folders in /var/cache.

Yes I have moved shop from subfolder /sub/release/ to /web.. I have deleted folder /var/cache many times, it still generate good and after some change of modules or something I get again these errors. + I get like locked appparameters.php with 0 rights.
