Anshwebs Posted June 2, 2021 Share Posted June 2, 2021 Hello Everyone, This post is regarding the issue, I have been dealing with from long sometime it works sometime dont. When I click Product page in the backend of my Prestashop 1.7.7.4. It start downloading an empty file and fails to open the Product page instead. I have no idea why this is happening.
