Translate 'state' string in the checkout form

Hello,

In French, the lacation field "state" is translated to "Etat".

I need to change this translation to "Ile". I couldn't find it in the translation menu. Tryed in database and elsewhere ... couldn't find it.
Any idea how to edit this translation ?

It looks like separate module. Not the presta build one. So check modules translations. Search for checkout. Send website link, we can check it.

This is default Prestashop form. Location form ask for Country, State, City etc.
I need to change the "State" translation wich is "Etat" by default in Prestashop FR translassion. But can't find it

Theme, back office most likely. Check also Order-Steps module if you have it on your version.

Its in Theme Translations > pick your theme > French.

Then go to Shop > Form > Labels and you should find "State".

Are you using a child theme? If so, check on your parent theme.
