PHP Warning: require(), ERROR 500

Hi,

I was just building a new online store when the ERROR 500 appeared while setting up the PrestaShop Customer Reassurance module.

I've been googling about this error all day, but I can't find anything to help me.

The error_log shows the following:

PHP Warning:  require(/home/user/mywebsite/my-site/var/cache/prod/ContainerKm3vhsd/getPrestashop_Core_Addon_Theme_RepositoryService.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/user/mywebsite/my-site/var/cache/prod/ContainerKm3vhsd/appProdProjectContainer.php on line 2495

"mywebsite" is my domain and the subdirectory "my-site" is where i building a new store for that domain

I would kindly ask for help to resolve the matter.

What if you remove the var/cache completely (from within the PS+ROOT install)?

Can you please explain it to me in more detail? I am not a developer.

Should I delete everything in folder my-site/var/cache?
