Product Personalisation

Hi,

We are trying to achieve the following:

Item with name personalisation - using default product customization.

I'd like it so 1) you dont have to hit save which refreshes the page, rather you enter the name and when you add product to cart, it saves.

2) tickbox asking user to declare the name entered is accurate and correct

Is it possible to implement these two small changes? Haven't been able to locate any suitable modules.
