pinwheel Posted March 30, 2021 Share Posted March 30, 2021 I have a strange problem and it's very frustrating. A block of products are working on the front office. Lets say ID 870 - 880. In the back office you click to edit the product and the following happens. No product name, no description, no price and only some images show. Sometimes it's a little different, price might show and images. Description doesn't and title always. I have checked the database and all information is there, however not reflecting in the back office. Prestashop 1.7.6, PHP 1.7.2. The only way to fix is to delete the product. What happens if another block and another go this way though? There is a serious bug. Debug shows no errors, along with no error in the consol.
