Add a setTotalShippingCost

Soo, in the past few days i wanted to make the option that free shipping can pe set when a user selects a type of payment method.

 

At the mpoment i haven't found any method that will override/change the Shipping price when a user selects a payment method.

 

All that it works if if you set a value for free shipping in the carrier -> preferences section.

 

Soo can you guys add setter for that also in future releases?

i mean c'mon people, help a fellow dev out
