problems with blocklayered

Hello, I have prestashop 1.6.1.4 with the version of blocklayered v.2.2. My client has inserted the "portrait / landscape" filter. The page is displayed correctly and the filter is applied correctly. If I copy the generated url and copy it to a new window I lose the filter. This problem exists with filters with a "/" value. Do you have any solution?

For example : category -> monitor -> Orientamento -> "Portrait/Landscape".
Then i get the url and i copy in the next tab.... and i lost the filters
