Calculate price based on string count?

Hi everyone,

I am a beginner in PrestaShop, and have set it up for my wife's very small puzzle making business.

She is looking into cutting custom puzzles based on a child's name.  She is looking to charge $8.00 CAD per letter, and is looking to me to provide her a solution to have this type of transaction available on her site.

Customer experience would be to enter in the child's name into the text field, and then present the price based on what they have entered into the field.

Ex. I enter "Michael" into the field and the site presents a price of $56.00  (8x7 letters)

Is this something that can be setup relatively easily?  Does anyone have any advice on this?
