gray Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 Problem with Messages in the shop backend. When a new message comes through from a customer, you can see the notification at the top, and if you click on it, you can read the message. But after that, if you go back to messages, all of the outstanding messages disappear, and its rest to zero. How can I get it to say there are 99 messages (and be able to click on them), when it was 100 and have just read one. Better still where can i find the messages and threads?
