I need very specifics reports like average per product, comparations with last year, month, week, specifics sales form countries, from customers groups. To be more clear: - customers groups - countries (NO languages like ps default filter) - customers target with personals discounts voucher. - products for country - products for customer group ( i have 10 combinations for each of the 70 products, visibles only for wholesales customers , and many specifics prices for four types of groups). It is my product, so I can hardly claim to be objective. Problems happen in every piece of software. In Prestools they are quite rare and after they have been reported they are usually fixed within a day. In Prestools "debug mode" is always on: I want bugs reported as soon as possible. I use it myself for maintaining shops. Prestools is a suite of tools and still being extended (the newest addition is mass-edit for customizations). Good ideas for extensions are always welcome.
