No agencies or freelancer-only. We are developing an advanced B2B site connecting various APIs and our own data to display on our site. The site is relatively complicated and I need a senior executive who can single-handedly manage this effort. This person needs to be extremely proficient in PHP, SQL, API, HTML, JSON, and CSS for mobile and desktop web applications. Many people say they can do the job, but upon testing them, it's pretty obvious they are too junior.
