How to add / hide a column in backoffice order list

Hello to everybody,

I would love to find out how I can add or hide a column in backoffice order list. I found a nice tutorial here: http://nemops.com/filter-by-country-prestashop-order-list/#.YDT9nuhKiUm

But unfortunately since Prestashop Version 1.7.7.0 this tutorial seems to be outdated. Cause I can't find AdminOrdersController anymore. Has anyone an idea how to hide for example the reference column in 1.7.7.0?
