manually disable various product combinations

Here is my requirement: I would like to manually go into some individual products and disable some size and color combinations. For example in product A where we have the following sizes available: X, M, L and the following colors: blue, red, yellow In the case of size M color L I would like to disable it and therefore do not show it in the front end even if I have 4 products in stock.

Is there a plugin that allows it?
