500 error drive crazy in backoffice design position

Hi There

I've got a 500 error problem that make me crazy.

When I went to my backoffice (prestashop 1.7)  in design ... positions appear the fatidic error 500 .

My debug give this information  (see the attached file please)

I tried many many thing, let me

1- I have given access 755 to every folder and 644 to every file

2- I 've looked in .htaccess for Friendly url (there's none)

3- I deactivates all external modules

and more and more and nothing worked .. any hint?
