attributes rendering issues

Hi everyone,

Please help me to find a resolution to a problem below.

I am working on the project with two languages implemented or two shops(correct me please,if I am wrong), see the picture attached.

 

In attributes area all the way down you see two last attributes with id 35 and 36 respectively. 

An attribute with id 35 is related to japan store see the next picture attached.

 

An attribute with id 36 is related to asia store see the following picture attached.

When heading over to product and selecting combinations it gives me attribute on the right side only "new attribute for japan" even despite on Asia store being selected on the top. See the last picture attached.
