Paypal IPN stopped working

I have been struggling with this for a couple of weeks. 

PayPal IPN quit working and sending my client emails saying this URL is failing.


Inventory sold is not being updated.

I have tried to change the URL at PayPal to one I found in the file manager, but it keeps trying to use the above address.

Do I need to use a different PayPal module, configure something ( can't find much to do other than the API settings. ) ?

I'm using the PayPal USA, Canada module.
