[résolu]Problème de permission répertoires

 Bonjour,

 j'ai un soucis avec les permissions de mes répertoires, en particulier ceux du répertoires smarty: var->cache->prod->smarty

 Je n'arrive pas a mettre tous les dossiers en 755, il se remettent automatiquement en 771

 Quelqu'un peut il me dire pourquoi ?

Vous pouvez effacer le répertoire var ->cache sans problème https://www.mediacom87.fr/faq-comment-vider-le-cache-manuellement-sur-prestashop-17/

si les répertoire n'ont pas les bon droits alors de leur retour alors le problème est au niveau de la configuration du serveur et donc il faut demander à l'hébergeur.

J'ai déjà supprimé le répertoire "prod" et même "dev", mais dès que je vide mon cache dans mon B.O le répertoire se remet en 771. 

  Est-ce vraiment un problème si je le laisse tel quel? Il y aurait il un problème de sécurité? 

  Je vais voir avec mon serveur si il peuvent faire quelque chose, sinon, je ferai appel à vous.

mais je le répète dans votre cas c'ets l'hébergement qui est mal configuré.

Je me demande pourquoi du jour au lendemain, mes autorisations ont changé. Peut-être est ce dû a une personne de chez PayPlug qui aurait fait des modifications, car il y a peu de temps, je n'arrivais pas à installer la nouvelle version de PayPlug et je leur ai donné accès à mon FTP et B.O ? 

 Je vais contacter mon serveur "PlanetHoster" et si ils ne font rien je vous recontacte, je n'ose pas toucher à celui-ci.

Votre lien est très bien pour celui qui s'y connait, mais ce n'est pas mon cas.

Le problème n'est toujours pas résolu. Je vous met la réponse d'un intervenant sur mon serveur "PlanetHoster". Je suppose qu'il parle d'un script qui vide les caches paramètres avancés--->--->performances--->smarty. Mais comme je n'y connais pas grand chose, je vous laisse voir la réponse

Je remonte ce post car j'ai ouvert ma boutique hier, tout marchait très bien jusqu'à tout à l'heure je n'avais n'y accès au BO ni le site de la boutique, j'ai changé les droits sur mes dossiers, et maintenant j'ai accès au dashboard de presta mais la boutique reste inaccessible http error 500, j'ai lu un article orientant d'aller voir dans le fichier var/log, ce que j'ai fait, visiblement il y a un problème certes mais je n'y comprend tout simplement rien, est-ce quelqu'un peut me dire ce que je dois faire pour réparer ça ? je suis un peu en stress du coup...Je suis en presta 1.7.7.7

j'ai encore un nouveau truc mais ça ne me fait pas plus avancer, j'ai voulu ouvrir "traduction" dans le tableau de bord, voici ce qui s'est affiché ...J'ai chaud là..

Je pense que tu devrais ouvrir un nouveau post avec des mots clefs et ta version Prestashop en titre. Je ne pourrai pas t'aider, je ne m'y connais pas assez malheureusement. J'ai reçu tous tes posts, mais personne ne les lit, c'est normal, car mon problème avait été résolu il y a de cela un an environs.
