carrier and tracking number

hi, does anyone know what's going on here? the carrier is not visible when I want to put the tracking number

That Screenshot doesn't say much, I'm not sure how did you expected somebody to understand the issue. To understand a bit more about what you face, please give us some information's like :

1. What Shipping option do you expect to have there ?

2. Is it a core PRestashop shipping option (created manually) or some shipping option added by a  module?

3. If it's module related is the tracking number interconnected to any status ? 

I'm asking all these as on the screenshot nothing is visible, beside an empty input filed. 

4. By inspecting the field are there any values added by the JS ?

The capture if it works, because there should appear a carrier and nothing appears, but I have solved it first with this link

and second, reversing the steps, that is, first the order status was changed to preparation in progress and later the tracking number was put, because the solution is to do it the other way around, first the tracking number and then change of status (something crazy but it works So)
