jetway 33 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 If you have a good running store and there is no security update involved, I would not upgrade. You can be sure Prestashop will mess up your store badly because they do not test. Versions labeled with Stable are most likely far from it. The best thing is to wait until the 5th or so revision of a Version.
musicmaster 675 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Maybe someone will come who recognizes this specific error. Otherwise you can either use a backup or use a migration program to move your business data to a working shop. There are many paid programs available both in Addons and elsewhere. Copy_shopdata is free, but requires some expertise.
Mara Drijbooms 0 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 It seems like the third party does not comply with the new version of Prestashop. I suggest you to contact the module provider or another choice is to setup a completely new website and migrate your store.
musicmaster 675 Posted January 29 Posted January 29 You can always enable debug mode the hard way: by changing /config/defines.inc.php Also the error may still have been logged in the server's error log
