Email Problem: Expected response code 354 but got code "554", with message "554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients "

Hi,

 

I've just in stalled new Prestashop 1.7.7.0 and have problem with e-mail. While trying to send test message I 've got  that error message:

Expected response code 354 but got code "554", with message "554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients "

While trying to send mail using contact form there is not error message, but the mail is not send.

 

I would be grateful for any advice haw to solve it.

I'm using SMTP, it is correctly configured.

My problem was to try send mails with distinct FROM.

I changed the SMTP mail to the same that i configured in the shop as mail main and problem solved.

SMTP MAIL: [email protected]

Main MAIL : [email protected]

I solved it by using SMTP port 587 but no SSL/TLS, no domains specified.

I had the same problem and solved it by registering same mail address in

SMTP MAIL (Advanced parameters / Emails / SMTP user)

and

CONTACT MAIL  ( Shop parameters / Contact / Coordonnées & magasins)
