While trying to send test message I 've got that error message: Expected response code 354 but got code "554", with message "554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients " While trying to send mail using contact form there is not error message, but the mail is not send. I would be grateful for any advice haw to solve it. Regards

Valeane Posted May 19, 2021 Posted May 19, 2021 (edited) I had the same problem and solved it by registering same mail address in SMTP MAIL (Advanced parameters / Emails / SMTP user) and CONTACT MAIL ( Shop parameters / Contact / Coordonnées & magasins) Edited May 19, 2021 by Valeane (see edit history)
