I'me using prestashop 1.6, and in cart rules i'm trying to offer a voucher discount (ONE PER CUSTOMER). In cart Rules (conditions tab) > total available for each user i said 1... I purchase a item inserted the voucher code and all is well...so i try again with same customer and works as well (but shoudn't). What seems to be the problem...can anyone give some help? ruisonika Posted January 20, 2021 Author Share Posted January 20, 2021 My mistake, my gift product it has price 0...it's only give some price to product, and in product detail (backoffice) said that the product isn't visible anywhere...and that's all.
