Ana22 1 Posted January 14 Posted January 14 I am starting to work with google Analytics and I implemented it in my online store which is prestashop 1.7 but when doing it under the performance of the store it became very slow, I think it may be due to the time it is being scanned, is there any way to change the time the scan is done? I mean to schedule the store scan every hour.
Prestachamps 179 Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Hi Ana, The rate limit of the scanning is made through Google Search Console and not Analytics, https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9679690?hl=en https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/48620?hl=en#:~:text=.com%2Ffolder .-,Limit the crawl rate, the crawl rate as desired. However I'm almost 100% sure it's not that is causing the issue. Can you share a screenshot of your Performance as well Information page. If it's possible a URL would make a lot of sense. Kind Regards, Leo

Prestachamps 179 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Hi Ana, Change the setting from Never Recompile files, to recompile files when ever something has changed. Than delete your cache. Also, the original discussion started from the fact that the site was slow. The analytics script shouldn't create a loading time issue, however there was in the Ps 1.6 version (at the beginning ) certain issue where the Ga module created an infinite loop. I know for certain that the new Ps .1 7 version unfortunately tracks the BO as well in certain scenarios (this is ridiculous), but that still should create the problem you face. Keep us posted.
