AndMatt Posted January 11, 2021 Share Posted January 11, 2021 We have recently upgraded to the latest version 1.7.7.1. The back office layout is not displaying correctly across the page. The information for orders is displayed in small boxes in the centre of the page. Does any one know the cause or know of a quick fix for the non technical? Prestachamps Posted January 12, 2021 Share Posted January 12, 2021 Hi, most probably you have some module which is overriding some CSS styles in Backoffice. Try to disable all non prestashop modules from Performance page, and check the Backoffice. If than the layout is ok, then it's for sure one module. I know it sounds like a hosting person asking you to restart your computer (I literally hate that ;)), did you cleared the cahce. 1 Any Cloud flare active ? 2. Lightspeed cache 3. Some memcache which is still active, a nd wasn't cleared? 4. In case you sue inspect - check in the console tab if there are any CSS's missing? 5. (that could explain why the content is so small in width) Have you tried to open the admin in an incognito window? or in another browser? It looks to me to be a browser cache problem.
